TERMS AND CONDITIONS : c) COMMUNICATION : -          Promptness in response of any and all request (with in 24 hours) -          Transmission of pre-alert containing all information relevant to each and individual shipment. -          Prompt transmission of status information in the case of any problem shipment. -          Exchange of information relating to operational procedures, key personal, rates as well as any information needed for the continued flow co-operation. -          Confidentiality as to the operational and / or sales activities of each company.

d) ACCOUNTING : -           Consistency in payments (net 30 days-excluding duties and taxes which must be paid prior to customs clearance). -           Submission of monthly statements of amount due. Payments made in the currency of the respective invoice.
